The ELT Council in Malta have just announced that TELT (Test for English Language Teachers) and SEPTT (Spoken English Proficiency Test for Teachers) will be FREE for the rest of 2022.

As of Monday, August 2nd, 2021, ELT schools in Malta will be allowed to reopen with face-to-face lessons in classrooms to all students who have a Recognised Vaccine Certificate.
Further to the recent updated travel requirements to Malta , ESE is requesting a copy of your Vaccination Certificate before your arrival to Malta.
We would like to use this opportunity to inform you that Kazakh citizens, who are fully vaccinated with EU approved vaccines as listed below, are now permitted to travel to Malta, given that they provide the vaccination certificate.
