Our Meet & Greet Service at the airport ensures that you will get to your accommodation hassle-free accompanied by one of the ESE representatives.
Arrival at the Airport
You will no doubt be excited to collect your luggage and get to your place of accommodation and settle in as soon as possible. On entering the arrival area of the airport please look for our ESE representative who will be holding up an ESE sign. He/she will be there to greet you and assist you with your transfer to your place of accommodation as well as give you your Welcome Pack. This Pack includes details of your first day at ESE school, your course and your accommodation, an ESE Welcome Guide, an area map, a temporary student card, an ESE Welcome Letter, a first-week questionnaire and discount tokens.
Please do read your Welcome Letter which you will find in your Pack as it gives you important information.
Are the airport transfers included/free if I book both course and accommodation?
In ESE packages that include the course and accommodation, airport transfers are free. If you have booked your course only, you may also book your transfers but for a fee. In this case, you will need to arrive at ESE school on your first Monday at 08:00am and pick up your Welcome Pack at the ESE reception.

Your first day at school
Details of your designated classroom are printed on the Welcome Pack envelope and you should go to your designated classroom on your first day of school. ESE Group Leaders at the school will assist and direct you to get to your classroom.
If you have not taken your placement test seven days before arrival, you may sit for it on your first of school. The Placement Test assesses your correct level of English so that you are placed in a class that best suits your level of English and age. You will also be interviewed by your teacher to ensure your placement is at the right level. After sitting for your Placement Test, your teacher will give you important information about your course with tips and guidelines to help you get the most out of your language learning holiday in Malta.
ESE Group leaders will visit your classroom and explain what your leisure and social programme includes. You will be given details about all your pre-paid activities, optional activities on offer, the location of meeting points, prices and pick-up times. Our leaders will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the social programme.
