Maryna’s CELTA Experience
Maryna is one of our ESE teachers, who followed the CELTA course at ESE in November 2023. In this post, she tells us about how she went about it, what the course entails and how it equipped her with newly found skills to delivery high quality English language tuition.
The CELTA course was both challenging and rewarding, particularly due to the intensive schedule of the offline teaching practice. Throughout the program, participants were fully immersed in both the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching, gaining hands-on experience that was immediately applicable in real-world classrooms.
This course provided me with a wealth of knowledge and practical skills that have fundamentally transformed my teaching approach. It thoroughly prepared me to teach according to Cambridge standards, equipping me with the confidence and expertise needed to deliver effective and high-quality English language instruction.
I highly recommend the CELTA course to anyone serious about pursuing a career in English language teaching.
