ESE adds Valley View and Astolat Apartments to it’s self-catering accommodation options

ESE is delighted to announce the addition of Valley View and Astolat Apartments to it’s self-catering accommodation options. ESE can now offer our students accommodation at Valley View Superior self catering apartments and Astolat Superior Plus self-catering apartments.
Valley View Superior Apartments
Valley View ESE Economy Apartments
Valley View Apartments are located in the quiet residential area of Swieqi, and as the name suggests, come with beautiful views of the valley from its large balconies and terraces. The Apartments are made up of two new blocks, next door to each other on the corner of two streets, with Apartments 1 & 2 located on Triq Josef Kalleya and Apartments 3, 4 and 5 located on Triq il-Gizimin. Valley View Apartments join our Superior range of Apartments and are bright, modern and spacious, with fully equipped kitchens, living and dinning areas and air-conditioned shared bedrooms. All apartments have a washing machine, cable TV, DVD player and free WiFi in all the common and living areas of the apartments. Apartments 1 & 2 have 5 shared bedrooms, apartments 3 & 4 have 4 shared bedrooms and apartment 5 has 6 shared bedrooms.

Located just a short walk from ESE main school building in St Julian’s, taking approximately 15 minutes on foot, Valley View is also within easy walking distance of Paceville, as well as shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, bus stops, and ATMs. Valley View uses ESE main reception services and check-in and check-out are also conducted here.
Astolat Superior Plus Apartments

Astolat Apartments are now part of our Superior Plus range of Apartments.

Astolat comprises of 9 brand new apartments including a large penthouse apartment. The apartments are also located in the quiet residential area of Swieqi.

All apartments are bright, modern and spacious, with large balconies and terraces along with fully equipped kitchens, living and dinning areas and air-conditioned shared bedrooms. They also have a washing machine, cable TV, DVD player and free WiFi in all the common and living areas of the apartments.

Each apartment has 3 shared bedrooms with shared or en-suite bathrooms (for a supplement).

Astolat is located approximately 15 minutes on foot from ESE main school complex and is in easy walking distance of all necessary amenities. These apartments are specifically for our students aged 30+ years. Astolat uses ESE main reception services. Check-in and check-out are also conducted here. Housekeeping services including bed linen and towel changes are provided weekly in all our self-catering apartments.
