Palazzo Falson Mdina – Series of talks about Maltese traditional Foodways
Palazzo Falson www.palazzofalson.com in Mdina will be holding a series of four talks by Dr Noel Buttigieg, food historian and educator. The story telling of traditional food practices includes the Maltese practices of harvesting, the preservation of food and its preparation to present and serve at the table. A different and interesting way to learn more about the Maltese culture and identity!
