Maltese Traditional Food Ways with Palazzo Falson Mdina

Palazzo Falson Mdina – Series of talks about Maltese traditional Foodways

Palazzo Falson in Mdina will be holding a series of four talks by Dr Noel Buttigieg, food historian and educator. The story telling of traditional food practices includes the Maltese practices of harvesting, the preservation of food and its preparation to present and serve at the table.  A different and interesting way to learn more about the Maltese culture and identity!

The dates and details of the different sessions are as follows:

Session 1: Thursday 7th February 2019, Pleasures of Preserving
Session 2: Tuesday 12th February 2019, Worth Weighing: Cheat me not!
Session 3: Thursday 21st February 2019, Power of Preparation Practices
Session 4: Thursday 28th February 2019, Conflicting Culinary Consumption
@ Palazzo Falson from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Donation for all Sessions:
€65 or €35 if you are a Friend of Palazzo Falson
