Residence & Group Leaders (NEW)

ESE is seeking to recruit Residence and Activity group leaders on a full / part time basis to join our dynamic team. As part of a team you will be expected to take care of the ESE international students following one of the ESE programmes.
 
The duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Accompany the ESE Teen and Junior students at the Residence and during activities;
  • Interact with ESE students;
  • Handle welfare related matters as they arise;
  • Promote and participate in the ESE leisure programme;
  • Coordinate and assist in student arrivals and departures at the Residence;
  • Supervise Teen & Junior students;
  • Coordinate with other members of the team in respect to transport.

Airport Representative

ESE is seeking to employ Airport Representatives responsible for the student arrivals and departures and to transport students to their respective residences. Training will be provided.

The candidate must work overnight.

Maintenance Personnel

ESE is looking to recruit Maintenance personnel on Full Time basis.

Communication in English is important. Previous experience in a maintenance role is important and would be considered an asset.

EFL Teachers

ESE is looking to recruit EFL teachers to form part of our team to deliver face to face and/or online quality lessons to international students.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Academic Certification – TEFL + TELT / English A’ level
  • Be in possession of a valid EFL teaching permit issued by the Malta ELT Council
  • Be over 18 years of age and be computer literate

  • an outgoing personality and leadership skills

  • the ability to work under pressure

Welfare Officer/Driver

ESE is seeking to recruit a Welfare Officer/Driver who will be responsible for promoting and ensuring the well-being, safety, and overall positive experience of our students. This role involves providing support, guidance, and resources to help students improve their study travel experience whilst in Malta.
The Welfare Officer/Driver works closely with the ESE team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure the smooth running of residences, including the safety and well-being of students.

To provide customer support and oversee the daily operations of student residences, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the residences.

Carry out regular spot checks at residences owned and/or operated by ESE.

Be the main contact person for students by answering to any queries in person, by email and/or phone.
Liaise with ESE staff for any welfare, accommodation or other issues that may arise.
Ensure ESE property is being taken care of.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate needs to be fluent in English and over 25 years of age.
Candidate must be in possession of a Cat B. Maltese Manual driver’s license.
