Marketing & Digital Communications Executive (NEW)
Role Overview:
ESE is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Digital Communications Executive to support our digital marketing efforts, content creation, and performance analysis. This role is key in enhancing our online presence, engaging prospective clients, and driving enrollments through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website updates).
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), tracking performance and optimising campaigns.
- Maintain and update the school’s website with engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights for improvement.
2. Content Creation & Brand Communications
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content.
3. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage daily social media activity, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track social media trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
4. Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research to understand student demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyse website traffic, social media performance, and campaign results to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Experience with content management systems and design tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education or language school industry is preferred but different industries will be considered.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce) however on the job training will be provided.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.

Residence & Group Leaders (NEW)
- Accompany the ESE Teen and Junior students at the Residence and during activities;
- Interact with ESE students;
- Handle welfare related matters as they arise;
- Promote and participate in the ESE leisure programme;
- Coordinate and assist in student arrivals and departures at the Residence;
- Supervise Teen & Junior students;
- Coordinate with other members of the team in respect to transport.
Airport Representative
ESE is seeking to employ Airport Representatives responsible for the student arrivals and departures and to transport students to their respective residences. Training will be provided.
The candidate must work overnight.

Maintenance Personnel

Communication in English is important. Previous experience in a maintenance role is important and would be considered an asset.

EFL Teachers
ESE is looking to recruit EFL teachers to form part of our team to deliver face to face and/or online quality lessons to international students.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Academic Certification – TEFL + TELT / English A’ level
- Be in possession of a valid EFL teaching permit issued by the Malta ELT Council
- Be over 18 years of age and be computer literate

Welfare Officer/Driver
The Welfare Officer/Driver works closely with the ESE team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
To provide customer support and oversee the daily operations of student residences, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the residences.
Carry out regular spot checks at residences owned and/or operated by ESE.
