COVID-19 Update - 9 May 2022
As of today, 9 May 2022, persons from previously Dark Red countries, such as Brazil, Venezuela, Kazakhstan and many more, may travel to Malta without the need to quarantine on arrival.
This means that any traveller entering Malta must provide the following documents which are in accordance with the Standards for the Validity of Vaccine Certificates, Recovery Certificates and Test Certificates for the purpose of Travel to Malta and is subject to the provision of proof of either of the 3 following documents:
- Proof of Vaccination or
- Proof of Recovery or
- PCR Test Certificate
Failure to provide any of the following will result in a 10-day quarantine. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from this rule.
