Japanese Culture Day
Earlier on in January ESE hosted a special Japanese cultural activity together with a group of Japanese students – Wabunka-no-kai. The students played Japanese music, held a Kimono fashion show, played Japanese games, created Origami and wrote Japanese Calligraphy.
Meeting with students of different nationalities at the school was a dream come true for this enthusiastic group whilst they were at the European School of English.
The Japanese group consisted of musicians, models, kimono dealers, designers etc. and their aim is to simply share this experience by showing their own culture which they love deeply.
Mr. Andre Spiteri, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to Japan was present for the occasion.
