All ESE managed apartments (Belmonte, Meridjan and Lands End) are fully furnished offering good standard facilities. All our ESE self-catering Residences (apartment blocks), except for the Meridjan Residence, have reception services. Housekeeping service including bed linen and towel change is provided weekly.
You can choose from a range of apartments. In an attempt to help you understand the differences between our apartments we have classified them as Superior or Economy taking into account their facilities, style and location.

Belmonte Heights Apartments (Superior)
St. Ignatius Junction, Sliema, MALTA
Brand new block of 16 apartments finished and furnished to ESE high standards. All apartments are bright and very spacious and include kitchen, dining and living areas. All apartments are equipped with a TV, DVD player and air conditioned bedrooms.
13 apartments have 3 double sharing bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. A further 2 penthouses have 2 double sharing bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A 24-hour receptionist tends the block. The block of apartments is very well located in Sliema only 1 block away from the seafront and Sliema promenade and some 100m away from Balluta Bay. Walking time along the seafront promenade to the ESE Complex from the apartments is 10 – 15 minutes.
Students will be asked to hand in a cash deposit of € 100 which may be refundable on departure.
Land’s End Apartments (Superior)
Tigne Seafront, Sliema, MALTA
Land’s End Apartments are situated on the seafront in the heart of Sliema, an upmarket, commercial and residencial area. Within a 3-minute walk are cafés, open-air restaurants, shopping malls, designer shops and banks.
The bus stop is only a few minutes from the apartments and students can take a bus directly to St. Julian’s, where the ESE main school is situated (travelling time approx. 15 minutes). All apartments have double and single bedrooms, two bathrooms, air-conditioning, kitchen and living area.
An average-sized swimming pool is situated at the back of the complex, giving full privacy to residents. Morning pick-up to school is also provided from Monday to Friday. Students will be asked to hand in a cash deposit of € 100 which may be refundable on departure.
Meridjan Apartments (Superior)
Triq il-Mensija, St Julian’s, MALTA
This complex is situated in St. Julian’s, minutes away from the ESE Complex. All self-catering apartments have twin-bedded rooms with a bathroom, kitchen, air-conditioning and TV and DVD player. An optional laundrette service is also available. Students will be asked to hand in a cash deposit of € 100 which may be refundable on departure.
Kingsgate Apartments (Economy)
Triq il-Hriereb, Msida, MALTA
This complex, situated on the outskirts of Sliema, comprises self-catering apartments with one (max.two persons.) or two (max.4 persons) twin-bedded rooms. Each apartment has its own bathroom facilities, fully equipped kitchen and cable TV. Tenants can also make use of a communal washing-machine. Morning pick-up to school is also provided from Monday to Friday. Wifi is available against payment.
There are specific daily shuttles from Land’s End Apartments as well as from Kingsgate Residence for ESE adult students directly to the ESE adult school on school days. No transport outside these designated shuttle times will be provided. Transport from school back to Land’s End Apartments and Kingsgate Residence is NOT provided.
